Another holiday survived.

Well we made it thorugh yet another chaotic holiday, I will say that my favorite part was seeing all my family and enjoying some good laughs with all of them. The most special moment I got to be apart of was my cousin Jordan proposing to his long time g-friend Jess. So sweet, I (along with almost every other female in the room) teared up instantly. I didn't even cry when I got engaged, lol. I am so happy for the both of them and their sweet little bundle of joy, baby J. Congrats to the both of you! I hope you all got spoiled and took some time to relax and enjoy the glow of the Christmas tree. I did manage to find Christmas this year after all, my kids definetly helped. Tayla had to leave a salt n vinegar chip as well as milk and cookies for Santa this year, how cute is that, a chip? lol. I also realized I am not a huge fan of pitbulls, still don't like fruitcake, and have made a mental note not to over exert ourselves so much next year. Anyhoo, a Merry day to all and to all a good night. Next stop New Years.

Capturing Life

Where are you Christmas?

This year with the business, it seems I have not yet had the chance to really enjoy the holiday season so far. I only have 8 more shopping days LEFT! and am not even close to being finished. Wow, overwhelmed would be a great word to insert here --->
I don't have one present wrapped , and the work is neverending, when will I have the time??? I think I need to put my foot down more, and make time for myself and my kidlets. Anyways I will continue my search for Christmas and will attempt to set some time aside this week to build a gingerbread house with the kids, pop in my new Christmas CD from ebay, bake cookies with Tay, and let her help me wrap presents. Those things to me are Christmas. I guess Christmas doesn't really come and look for you, you have to search for it, make time for it, and let it in to your heart. So I am on the hunt.......Here Christmas, Christmas, Christmas...

Kickin it old school

Well I went to the New Kids on the Block Concert last night with Jen and Ritchie. Talk about a freakin awesome show. to tell the truth I wasn't really excpecting much, but as soon as they came out on stage it was like I was transported back to grade 6 and would have given my left arm to have them breath in my direction, lol. I thought for sure I was going to wake up with no vocal chords this morning, but i am ok. Damn I forgot how cute those boys were! Oh the good old days when it was cool to crimp your hair, tease back the bangs, double up on the slouch socks, tight roll the jeans, and let's not forget to mention "FAG TAGS". Rock on early 90's you will forever be in my heart right next to the New Kids On The Block.

Keep it real. Remember, it's not about being hard, it's about being smart.

Ya suckkkkaasssss.

Blogger schmogger

Well it has been a while since I last updated this crazy blog, I am not a huge blog girl. But I will make an honest attempt, starting today. Ray and I, along with Strathcom Media have launched our new website http://www.carsgone.com/ , and are still plugging away trying to work out all the kinks and as well get the monthly publications together. It seems the work is neverending somedays, and I must confess I get a tad cranky and hard to deal with. Thank goodness Ray was blessed with a whack of patience. I know that the last 2 years of hard work will pay off in the very near future, I just want a 5 bedroom house, with a hottub, preferably overlooking the ocean, and a gazillion dollars in my bank account. Oh and I want my own scrapboking room (with walls) and to be able to walk into Lululemon and buy whatever the hell I want. sigh. Anyways check out the website, tell your friends, itis Free for private sellers and is climbing everyday in the search rankings. Thank you to everyone for your support, ideas, and lovin. you rock! Upcoming events I am so excited for......
