Another holiday survived.

Well we made it thorugh yet another chaotic holiday, I will say that my favorite part was seeing all my family and enjoying some good laughs with all of them. The most special moment I got to be apart of was my cousin Jordan proposing to his long time g-friend Jess. So sweet, I (along with almost every other female in the room) teared up instantly. I didn't even cry when I got engaged, lol. I am so happy for the both of them and their sweet little bundle of joy, baby J. Congrats to the both of you! I hope you all got spoiled and took some time to relax and enjoy the glow of the Christmas tree. I did manage to find Christmas this year after all, my kids definetly helped. Tayla had to leave a salt n vinegar chip as well as milk and cookies for Santa this year, how cute is that, a chip? lol. I also realized I am not a huge fan of pitbulls, still don't like fruitcake, and have made a mental note not to over exert ourselves so much next year. Anyhoo, a Merry day to all and to all a good night. Next stop New Years.

Capturing Life

Where are you Christmas?

This year with the business, it seems I have not yet had the chance to really enjoy the holiday season so far. I only have 8 more shopping days LEFT! and am not even close to being finished. Wow, overwhelmed would be a great word to insert here --->
I don't have one present wrapped , and the work is neverending, when will I have the time??? I think I need to put my foot down more, and make time for myself and my kidlets. Anyways I will continue my search for Christmas and will attempt to set some time aside this week to build a gingerbread house with the kids, pop in my new Christmas CD from ebay, bake cookies with Tay, and let her help me wrap presents. Those things to me are Christmas. I guess Christmas doesn't really come and look for you, you have to search for it, make time for it, and let it in to your heart. So I am on the hunt.......Here Christmas, Christmas, Christmas...
